Early and late pick-up must be arranged prior to stay with the Resort Manager.

It is not a guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you.

Our hours are 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 4 PM on Saturdays, and 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM on Sundays.

Any pick-up after 1:00 pm on Monday - Friday has an additional half-day charge of $25.00 for dogs and $19.00 for cats.

If you cannot provide proof of vaccinations prior to or at the time of stay, your pet will not be able to board at the resort. You can view the vaccine requirements here.

All dog enclosure pricing includes Food (if you choose to bring your own), and use of our stainless bowls.

We are unable to board dogs under 6 months of age.

• Hotel Rooms:
  • 7’x7’ Private Room
  • $57.00 per night
  • $29.50 per night for each additional family dog
  • (Depending on the size, Hotel Rooms can house 1-4 dogs of the same family)
• Doggie Dens:
  • Hybrid Runs that vary in size
  • $44.50 per night
  • $29.50 per night for each additional family dog
  • (Depending on the size, some Doggie Dens can house up to 2 dogs of the same family)
• Large Rover Rooms:
  • 4’x6’ Indoor Run
  • $44.50 per night
• Small Rover Rooms:
  • 3’x6’ Indoor Run
  • $44.50 per night

Cats

• Cat Condos:
  • 7’x2’ Five-Level Enclosure
  • $34.50 per night
  • $21.00per night for each additional family cat
  • (Depending on the size, Cat Condos can house up to 3 cats of the same family)
• Geriatric Cat Condo:
  • 4’x2’ One Level Enclosure
  • $34.50per night
  • Geriatric Condos only hold 1 cat at a time

 

Add-Ons

Drop off & Pick up Times:

• Monday through Friday is 9:00 am – 6:30 pm
  *Any pet picked up after 1:00 pm Monday through Friday will be charged a half-day stay.
  • Half-day stay for dogs: $20.00
  • Half-day stay for cats: $19.50
  • Early drop off 7:00-8:00 am: $22.00 additional fee
  • Early drop off 8:00-9:00 am: $10.00 additional fee
• Saturday is 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
• Sunday is 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

* All pets must be dropped off and picked up during the Resort's hours of operation. Any pet not picked up on time will not be released and will be charged an additional night unless prior arrangements have been made with the Resort Manager.

All stays must be paid in full at the time of pick-up. We cannot accept CareCredit for any resort stays.

Holidays

We are closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
The Resort staff will be on the premises taking care of our guests but they will not be answering phones or providing pick up or drop offs.
